2. Overview

This website is built so that as little personal data as possible is processed. We ourselves do not collect, store or sell any personal data and do not pass any on to third parties.

In particular, this website does not use:

• cookies or comparable storage technologies in the browser
• analytics, statistics or tracking tools
• advertising, ad networks or tracking pixels
• social media plugins or links
• scripts, fonts, images, videos, maps or other content from third-party servers (no CDNs)
• contact forms, comment functions, newsletters or user accounts

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated by an external service provider (host). When you visit the website, the host's web server necessarily processes data transmitted by your browser. This data is stored in so-called server log files:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• requested file or address (including the selected language)
• HTTP status code and amount of data transferred
• browser type and version as well as operating system (user agent)
• previously visited page (referrer), if transmitted by your browser

Purpose: delivering the website, ensuring the stability and security of the server, and detecting and defending against attacks. The data is not analysed for advertising or analytics purposes and is not combined with other data sources.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website.

Retention period: log files are deleted after no more than 14 days. Data whose further retention is necessary to investigate a specific security incident is deleted only once that investigation has been completed.

Recipient: the host processes the data solely for the purposes stated. Where the host acts on our behalf, this is based on a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

4. No storage on your device

This website does not store any information on your device and does not access any stored information (Section 25 TDDDG, German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act). Consent is therefore not required and there is no cookie banner.

The script on the home page only reads your browser's language setting in order to display the matching language. This setting remains in your browser and is neither stored nor transmitted. If you select a language and then switch to this page, the language code is transmitted to the server as part of the address.

5. Encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar. Data transmitted this way cannot be read by third parties.

6. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of the enquiry) solely to handle your request.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in responding to your enquiry.

The data is deleted once your request has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. The data is not passed on to third parties.

7. Transfers to third countries

We do not transfer any personal data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. The server is located in: Deutschland.

8. Obligation to provide data and automated decisions

You are not legally or contractually obliged to provide personal data. However, the website cannot be delivered technically without transmitting your IP address.

No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

9. Your rights

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
